| MISSION: BCLDN will carry this out by | |
| | promoting among all CRC churches in BC the opportunity for people to train as leaders in evangelism and church planting |
| | providing a 3 year curriculum to train people in character (personality issues), competence (skills for ministry), and content (knowledge of God, of church, and of community) |
| | connecting a personal coach to each aspiring leader (will include coach training, coaching contracts, and coaching reports) |
| | sending out trained leaders into the harvest with a multiplying DNA in faith, in leadership, in groups, in churches |
